  • A nail trim with every bath and haircut

Spa FAQ

Good questions about the spa

Does my dog wait in a crate during grooming?
No. Because the spa lives inside AlphaDog, grooming dogs get play time and rest breaks with the pack instead of waiting in a crate, so nervous first-timers tend to settle in faster.
What's included with grooming?
The bath and the haircut both include a nail trim. A bath covers the bath, blow out, and brush out. A haircut includes everything in the bath, plus a breed-specific cut and styling. Dematting, extra brush outs, de-shedding, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, and gland expression are available as add-ons.
Why might my final price be different?
Prices are based on your dog's size, but coat condition, length, and temperament can add time, especially when a dog needs dematting or an extra brush out. We'll be in touch before the service to confirm the final price.
Can I add grooming to a daycare or boarding stay?
Yes. Grooming is an easy add-on to any daycare or boarding reservation, and it can also be booked on its own. Grooming add-ons like de-shedding and teeth brushing can be added to any bath or haircut.
What are the spa's hours?
The spa is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Hours can change, so the more notice we have when booking, the better we can fit your pup in.
